BRIAN P. NAPOLI
Ridgeway Re-elects Napoli 2019
As Ridgeway Town Supervisor, Brian Napoli worked to establish the county's first commercial solar farm in Ridgeway (2019). The project is expected to be operational by spring of 2020.
Supervisor Napoli believes in promoting economic growth in order to expand the tax base and decrease the tax burden on private citizens. Welcoming new business opportunities that might be compatible here and not zoning out or restricting commerce, technology and emerging industries is a more proactive approach for rural communities like ours in order to stay vital.
During his 14 years as Town Supervisor, Brian Napoli pioneered Orleans County's first rural broadband expansion efforts, assisted in the county's first court consolidation and facilitated updates to the Western Orleans Comprehensive Plan. Supervisor Napoli expanded water lines to 90% of town and never exceeded the tax cap. He has furthered expansion and development projects for Helena Chemical, Brunner International (two expansions), Miller's Store, Dollar General and Sierra Biological. Supervisor Napoli has continually supported Ridgeway businesses by sponsoring Office of Community Renewal (OCR) grants totaling over $1M for equipment purchases related to the local expansions of Sierra Biological, Brunner and the former Sigma International.
Brian Napoli holds a Master's degree in marketing & management, a Bachelors of Science (B.S.) in management and an Associate in Applied Science degree (A.A.S.) in business management. He was an investment advisor at E.F. Hutton, and an equity coordinator at MassMutual Insurance & Financial Services. Mr. Napoli is currently the owner of The Shadigee Co. - an international trading company.
Brian and his wife Debbie Napoli are proud residents of Ridgeway and the Village of Medina. They have dedicated their lives in service to their friends, neighbors, church and community.

YOUR VOTE COUNTS!
Citizens of Ridgeway,
As Town Supervisor, I have regularly-scheduled office hours at Ridgeway Town Hall in Medina (410 West Avenue) for the convenience of the public:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8 a.m.- 2:30 p.m.
To ensure the smooth operation of town business, I am also available to citizens, other officials, vendors and service providers weekdays during
non-scheduled hours, weekends and holidays.
I want to thank you all for your support you've given me the past 14 years. Your encouragement and even challenges on the issues that matter most to you continue to motivate me to better serve you and the community at large.
While I faced challenges for the office this year, I will ensure our local government remains in the Ridgeway tradition of "by the people and for the people" as long as I am supervisor.
I am proud that Ridgeway continues to be referred to as the "most business-friendly town" in the county. I promise to continue encouraging local expansions and new business development here.
It's challenging for rural communities like ours across New York State. We have to constantly adjust. Our local government is not perfect, and there is always room for improvement. Certain things may be beyond our control at the local level, but most of you know I am very approachable to talk about your specific concerns and willing to do everything I can to better our community.
My leadership and dedication to the town and my constituents has been documented over the years. In my 14 years as Town Supervisor, I have been unable to attend just three Town Board meetings. The last five years of Ridgeway Town Board meeting minutes can be viewed here:
As chairman of the Orleans County Planning Board, my record of past years' attendance and participation is available to the public by request to Orleans County Planning. 2019 attendance and meeting information is currently posted online: 2019CPB
For information you may be seeking more specific to the Town of Ridgeway, the town's municipal website is townridgeway.org
If you have other questions, requests or concerns feel free to contact me at your convenience. I am happy to assist you in anyway I can. I work for you - the people.
I promise to stay committed to all of you, always advocate for Ridgeway and work to improve everything I can in town.
I remain at your service.
